STORMTEAM by Jordan Foutin

StormTeam Simulations Space Center

StormTeam Simulations Space Center (aka STS, STSSC, StormTeam, StormTeam Space Center, StormTeam Simulations Space Center), in Provo, Utah, was founded by Jordan R. Foutin on July 4, 2017, and is the publisher of CEO Jordan Foutin’s free blog Chronicles of Aaen, and STORMTEAM: A StormTeam Simulations Novel military science fiction/Romance eBook and softcover novel available in StormTeam's Official Store in eBook, Softcover (Amazon.com), and Audiobook, including many fine popular online retailers!

Soon, StormTeam Simulations Space Center will train young adults and adults in advanced small group team dynamics for corporate team training and public-private group entertainment events utilizing STS' original, advanced, dynamic, bleeding-edge, transformatively immersive simulation facilitation methodology backed by over 30 years of leading existing and ongoing empirical research. STS has several space flight simulators currently in production for missions. Blog installments are published on Thursdays in print online, and audiobook/podcast recording via StormTeam's YouTube channel.

The “Storm” in StormTeam Simulations is named after the lead fictional protagonist in Foutin's original StormVERSE and correlates with critical component(s) of the corporate training process. “Team” is for for StormTeam’s simulation staff members and the crew(s) that will interact with the protagonist and other simulation elements — you cannot and will not find this type of experience anywhere else!

StormTeam's missions are based on, or at least contain aspects similar to the STORMTEAM military science fiction universe (StormVERSE). The simulators utilize state-of-the-art technology to ensure customers experience the best simulation experience possible on every mission. StormTeam’s tagline is AD ASTRA PER ASPERA (“through hardships to the stars.”)

Training Methodology

STS uses simulators in part to create the most interactive, immersive stories applicable to factual and fictional historical events within Foutin's proprietary original StormVERSE, using Foutin's original, positively disruptive methodological formula that is safely stored where no computer or AI platform can access. Participants learn and apply different aspects of advanced small group communication and team dynamics, leadership, and problem-solving in missions over time. Participants also get the chance to learn about a variety of space phenomena in greater depth and detail than other space centers inspired by The Christa McAuliffe Space Education Center.
