StormTeam Simulations gives hiring priority to current or established Space EdVenturians in good standing and who are serious about taking their Space EdVentures career to the maximum level, and to honorably-discharged United States military veterans (or otherwise in good/honorable standing if not active duty or reserve), preferably with active/current TS/SCI-level clearance, and who can demonstrably execute at the StormTeam Standard. We generally prefer and prioritize word-of-mouth referrals and letters of recommendation from within trusted Space EdVentures' directorates, and prior employers, if any. These candidates may be approved for direct-to-hire status pending professional evaluation and screening. Spontaneous submission of professional deliverables are carefully considered and kept on file for relevant timeframe, though response timing is dependent on current openings, business needs, and word-of-mouth and/or letter(s) of recommendation from prior supervisors and faculty. We do not recruit nor hire through 2nd or 3rd party head-hunters including temp agencies.

Follow-ups are futile.
StormTeam Leadership assesses interview/screening performance against minimum standards. On average, 9 out of 10 candidates fail to meet the StormTeam Standard, even with years of demonstrably excellent prior Space EdVentures experience — earning your StormTeam wings is like a U.S. Navy SEAL candidate earning his trident. Those who pass are notified within 48 business hours and invited to complete new-hire onboarding with their supervisor(s). Candidates not selected may re-apply after 12 consecutive months.
While we do respect professional experience and relevant education, you need to know that StormTeam is far beyond résumés and cover letters. We are looking for those who can demonstrate being the elite few who can Bring The Storm.
